Killingly WPCA Building Improvement Project ,The project consists of removing and replacing the existing administration building HVAC system and associated electrical work Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, security in an amount not less than 5% of the bid price, in the form and subject to condition provided in the information for Bidders. Surety bonds or certified checks shall be made payable to the Town of Killingly. Such checks shall be returned to the unsuccessful bidders and to the successful bidder awarded the contract, upon providing the required payment and performance bond. The Town reserves the right to waive technicalities and to accept or reject in part or in whole any bid, when said action is deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Killingly.
