Sealed bids will be received by the City of Ashland, Kentucky on the following item(s): Roberts Drive Pump Station Pump Rebuild for the Department of Utility Operations, Division of Waste Water Collection. The City of Ashland, Kentucky is accepting bids to rebuild (1) Flygt pump. The City of Ashland through its City Manager reserves the right to accept all or to reject all or any part of the bid should it be deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Ashland. Any questions as to these specifications shall be addressed to Mark Hall, Director of Utilities (606) 385-3332. .Pump is out of service and has been removed. It is located at Service Pump and Supply in Huntington WV. It is recommended that the pump be inspected prior to bidding. Scope of services for the pump includes transportation from Service Pump & Supply to location of repair, then returned to the Roberts Drive station. Rebuild a Flygt pump 3231/675 Voltage 460 HP 160 SN:1161046 New mechanical seals, Bearings, Bearing cover- replace only no repair will be accepted O-rings Motor rewind/replace Shaft repair/replace All leak sensors, temp sensors, thermistors, etc. shall be new Rotating wear ring Stationary wear ring Any mise, parts required for a standard rebuild *All parts replaced must be returned to City of Ashland The equipment shall be delivered within 12 weeks (84) days after receipt of written notice to proceed.
