RFP - Roadway - General Engineering 2023

Questions Due Date: Oct 24th 2022, 11:30 PM EDT The Department of Public Service is initiating a procurement effort that will result in the award and execution of two (2) general engineering contracts. The intent of these contracts is to provide the Department of Public Service with contractual access to additional resources that are necessary to perform professional engineering and survey services as well as provide technical expertise for the Department to complete its capital budget commitments, and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, as set forth in this Request for Proposals (RFP). A pre-proposal meeting will not be held. This project is subject to the requirements of the City's MBE/WBE Program. The MBE/WBE goal assigned to this project is 15.0%. RFP Pre-Proposal Meeting: None The City reserves the right to waive technicalities and to request new proposals (rebid) for the advertised project. The CITY reserves the right to expand or reduce the Scope of Services or to cancel the PROJECT in whole or in part at its discretion at any time.
