Sewer System Infiltration Rehabilitation

Estimate: $1200000. The scope of work for Base Bid includes construction of approximately: 14,587 linear feet of cleaning and inspection of sewers; 13,068 linear feet of cleaning, inspecting, testing and sealing; 1,649 linear feet of cured-in-place pipe; 52 linear feet of cured-in-place structural short liner; open cut point repairs of gravity sewers at 13 locations including replacement of seven wyes or drop connection tees; testing and sealing of 65 service connections; cleaning and inspection of two lateral service connections; cutting of three protruding service connections; cured-in-place lateral liner in one lateral connection; 1,052 vertical feet of cementitious manhole lining; 276 vertical feet of epoxy lining; furnish and install 30 manhole inflow dishes; reset one manhole frame and cover; raise one manhole frame and cover to grade; repair one manhole cone; repair 16 manhole chimneys; repair five manhole walls; repair 13 manhole bench and inverts; and build 10 manhole bench and inverts. The required Base Bid contract completion period is 150 consecutive calendar days. The Contractor shall complete re-test inspection and final paving within 21 consecutive calendar days of commencement of re-test inspection. The scope of work for Alternate Bid No. 1 includes construction of approximately: 825 vertical feet of cementitious manhole lining; furnish and install 42 manhole frames and covers; and furnish and install one bolted and gasketed frame and cover.
