Demolition of Two 2-Story Houses, Detached Garage and 1 Story House on Breigle Lane

Option 1: Demolition of the 2-story house at 26 Breigle Lane & detached Garage Option 2: Demolition of 2 story house at 35 Breigle Lane Option 3: Demotion of 1 story house at 33 Breigle Lane 1. The removal of any existing septic or sewer system (pipes, tank/s and leach field). 2. The removal of any oil tank and/or hazardous waste under DEC guidelines. 3. The removal of all concrete basement components such as walls, floor and footings). 4. The municipal sewer pipe connection shall be capped as near to the street as possible and coordinated and approved by the Town of Sand Lake Sewer Department. 5. All grade work must be leveled to ground level and reseeded in a professional manner. 6. Any well pipes shall be capped at the site of the current well. 7. Disconnection of power/cable/phone in conjunction with appropriate authorities. 8. Owner will provide the asbestos demo survey 9. Air testing/visual inspection will be supplied by owner. 10. Fill all voids to ground level with appropriate fill material and covered with 6” of topsoil (no construction waste allowed in any fill. 11. Swimming pool and peripheral equipment including all underground piping and filled per item 10. 12. Removal of all fencing (including any footings or pilings utilized and holes filled per item 10. 13. Removal of all materials and disposal at a licensed and approved waste site. 14. Removal of all driveways and substrate – and filled with topsoil. 15. Remove and refill all mailboxes located near road. 16. Any hand dug wells (#35 and #26) must be filled with appropriate fill material and leveled with existing grade.
