| Description | This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ), in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13, for the removal and replacement of deteriorated linear metal ceiling soffit above the main entrance to the Frank Hagel Federal Building in Richmond, CA. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns as determined by the Small Business Administration (SBA).
