Fencing Project at Calhoun County High School

The Calhoun County School District has created an RFP for an area to be fenced in at Calhoun County High School.Construction Cost Range: $10,000 - $25,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. All questions regarding the services specified, or the RFP terms and conditions will be accepted in writing ONLY and subsequently answered through an addendum to all interested parties. Questions must be received no later than noon, Wednesday December 12, 2022 at no other time prior to the RFP opening will questions/concerns be addressed or accepted and may be emailed as a Word document to: gkiernan@ccpsonline.net. SCOPE of WORK (Base Bid) See Addendum A (Specifications & Maps) for base bid required work Additional work will utilize unit pricing or labor rate with material costs (T&M) for job pricing It will be the responsibility of the Contractor to furnish all services, labor, material, equipment, tools, insurance, permits and fees (if applicable) necessary to render the services accordingly. Work Schedule Project Start: Upon award Completion: August 1, 2023 Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday.
