Description The scope of work (SOW) for task orders will consist of elevator services for maintenance and repair, modernization, new construction, training, and safety inspection and testing of elevator systems located in U.S Department of State foreign missions worldwide (Domestic services only include Training). Services will be provided by the offerer’s local resources in areas which do not require a security clearance in accordance with OBO approved local codes and standards. The contractor shall also provide key personnel to manage logistics, sub-contractors (as needed), contract management, and communication. Documentation includes but is not limited to proposals, drawings and sketches, written reports, and other documentation defined in the task order. Projects shall be reported and designed in both SI (i.e., metric) and Imperial units.
