Description

Grossmont College has an ongoing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) assessment that has identified the existing small motor for the HVAC Bard(R) units will not meet the cubic feet per minute (CFM) and air changes per hours (ACH) requirements for pandemic operating conditions with MERV-13 Filters installed. The project will include the installation and replacement of the small motors with a Bard(R) (or equal) Motor Retrofit Kit for a total of thirty (30) existing HVAC Bard(R) units
