North Park Unlimited Play Center-Artificial Turf/Grass

1. Bidders will determine the appropriate product/materials to install at the location. These materials should allow installing of the product according to the North Park Unlimited Play Center project plans and specifications section. 2. Materials installed shall comply with fall heights of playground equipment. 3. Bidders shall submit the attached bid schedule providing pricing for each of the following: a. Artificial Turf/Grass b. Infill c. All other items required for installation of the material in a playground setting. 4. Surfacing Area a. The expected area to be surfaced through this contract is approximately a total of 4135 SF. This information is provided for the convenience of the bidders and should be verified (see attached landscaping plans).

Division 11 -	Equipment, Play Field Equipment and Structures, Playground Equipment, Play Structures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
