Cubicles for Design Section Wilmington District

Description of Requirement: The Contractor shall provide all necessary supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, supervision, expertise, and management necessary to: coordinate delivery, load and unload new items, place/install items in designated rooms, assemble items as required, secure and store as designated and properly dispose of all associated packaging/crating materials and removal of existing furniture. The Contractor shall provide an adequate work force to ensure that the required installation schedule is met. The COR will be the liaison at all times between the Contractor and the District. The Contractor shall comply with the requirements set forth by the District. The Contractor shall work in coordination with the COR, USACE Program Manager as well as other Government personnel and other project team members. The total number of new cubicles required is 16. The Contractor shall dispose of existing cubicles identified by the COR. Approximately 14 of the existing cubicles are projected to be disposed.
