CORE Construction, 833 West Lincoln Hwy., Suite 120 W, Schererville, IN 46375 (CMa) On behalf of: Lake Central School Corporation For: Bibich Elementary School - 14600 West 81st Street, Dyer, IN 46311 Bids for the following trade packages are requested: Trade Package #1 - Mass Grading / SWPPP / Tree Removal / Excavations and Earth work Trade Package #2 - Site Utilities (wet) Trade Package #3 - Site Concrete Trade Package #4 - Building Concrete Foundations and Slab on Grade Trade Package #5 - Asphalt Paving / Striping / Parking related Signage Trade Package #6 - Materials Testing and Third-Party Inspections Trade Package #7 - Surveying and Layout Bidders submitting proposals for more than one of the trade packages above, should submit separate proposals for each package. Refer to the INSTRUCTION to BIDDERS, for other details regarding the sealed bid proposals required. All trade packages will be awarded, and contracted with Lake Central School Corporation, based on bids received from pre-qualified tier 1 bidders. Award of contracts will be in accordance with Indiana Public Bidding laws. Bidder receiving the award shall furnish an approved one hundred percent (110%) Performance Bond and a one hundred percent (110%) Labor and Materials Payment Bond which cover faithful performance of the Contract and the payment of all obligations arising thereunder. Said bonds shall remain in full force and effect for eighteen (18) months from the date of acceptance of the Work. Construction shall be in full accordance with the Bidding Documents. All Tier 1 bidders must complete and submit a Pre-qualification Form prior to bid submission deadline. Bidders may request the Pre-qualification Form and the Bid Documents electronically by emailing such requests to peterwintersteen@coreconstruction.com and are also encouraged to sign up with Building Connected. There is no cost for electronically downloaded documents. Bidders desiring printed documents shall pay for all costs, including reproduction, shipping and handling.
