Old Town Phase 1 Utility Improvements

Description of Work: The proposed construction consists of installation of approximately 5,330 lineal feet of 12" ductile iron water main, approximately 700 lineal fit of 4-inch to 8-inch ductile iron water main, 383 feet of 36" jacked casing pipe for water main, approximately 4,835 lineal feet of water service line, 7 sanitary manholes, approximately 3,170 lineal feet of RCP storm sewer form 12-inch to 36-inch diameter, approximately 2,080 lineal feet of water main quality storm sewer 12-inch to 24-inch diameter, 51 catch basins, 31 manholes, 22 inlets and temporary restoration including 7,000 SQ YD of temporary HMA pavement, 326 SQ YD of temporary HMA driveway, 2,325 lineal feet of temporary HMA curb and gutter, 5,180 SQ FT of temporary HMA sidewalk, various landscaping and parkway restoration and other miscellaneous items of work.
