RFP - Redevelopment of 517-519 East Capitol Avenue

The City of Jefferson is seeking proposals for the redevelopment of the property located at 517-519 E. Capitol Avenue. The current structure is a two-story multi-family residential building constructed in 1900. An additional residential on the property was demolished by the City in 2021. The structure has been declared dangerous under the Jefferson City Code and the property was acquired by the Housing Authority of Jefferson City and subsequently transferred to the City of Jefferson.
