Rockford Schools Site Improvements

The project consists of a single prime work scope for all the work necessary for the interior site improvements and parking lot additions at 3 different sites - the Rockford Elementary, High School and Middle School. At the Middle School, the work will include but is not limited to the addition of a new bus loop/parking lot off Walnut Street, sidewalks, and striping. At the Elementary school, the work will include but is not limited to the addition of a new bus loop/parking lot off an internal circulation road, sidewalks, and striping. At the High School, the work will include but is not limited to the reclamation and repaving 3 different sections of the parking lot as alternates. Work will begin after receipt of the signed contract from the Owner. The anticipated award date is June 6, 2022. Pre-construction and submittals work related to the project is to commence immediately after receipt of the signed contract. The onsite work will begin on the premises no later than June 10, 2022. Owner requires all work related to the Middle School Bus Loop to be substantially complete on or before September 7, 2022, all work related to the Elementary School Bus Loop to be substantially complete on or before September 28.
