| Description | Base Bid: Replacement of Reception Hall (Ellerbe Room) Roof, Roof 179, (Approximately 3,650 Square Feet) with a fully adhered EPDM 90 mil roof with dens decking and no mechanical fasteners. Installation to follow manufacturer’s requirements to achieve 30 year warranty. Alternate Bid Item #1: Cost to install a standing seam roofing system over the skylight structure on the Reception Hall (Ellerbe Room) Roof, Roof 179, instead of a 90 mil EPDM roofing system. EPDM from base bid to extend up the walls of the skylight structure and underneath the Standing Seam roof a minimum of 6 inches on the top of the structure. Remainder of skylight structure to have weather barrier installed prior to installation of standing seam roof. |
