Description

The MICC End User requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001: The RHU first floor is 32 ft x 40 ft with the second floor having a 16 ft x 20 ft cut out to accommodate an exterior ladder to the rooftop. The rooftop will have a parapet railing around the entire outer edge. The interior of the RHU will include a spiral staircase going from the second floor to the rooftop and one interior stair from first to second floor. The exterior texture will have a stucco appearance. Will have up to four “portholes” that are approximately 10 inches in diameter The roof will have an enclosure that is 8 ft x 8 ft. Three sides will be solid RHU panels, the fourth side will have one solid panel and one door panel with door. This enclosure will cover the roof access opening for the spiral staircase and attach to the roof of the second story. This enclosure will also have a roof. The vehicle covering will be made of steel to meet the 1000 lb load requirement. The roof of the vehicle covering will not have a parapet railing. We will provide four electrical outlets and four lights with switches on each floor. The electrical will connect to 125 amp breaker box with a pig tail for connection to an exterior power supply. The lights will be dimmable. Will also provide exterior spotlights (4) and 4 other motion sensor lights (4). We did not include exterior light posts and/or lighting for the compound. We will include one Middle Eastern looking toilet area. All windows will be 36 inches x 48 inches, swing outward and latch to the adjoining panel. The first floor windows will have vertical bars/gridlines attached to the panes. The panes are made with Makralon®.
