| Description | Building #1: Office Annex at approximately 8,520 Square Feet The following repairs shall be included, but not limited to: • Removal and disposal of existing 2 built-up layer roofing material, which may include asbestos, strip down to decking system. • Identify repair areas and/or recommended replacement. • Attach base layer to be tapered for drainage, per owner’s request. • Install TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) membrane. • Install new metal prefinished drain edges. • Install new matching color gutters and downspouts. • Include roof boots curb flashing, etc. Building #2: South Room at approximately 5,000 Square Feet The following repairs shall be included, but not limited to: • Refurbish existing TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) membrane. • Identify repair areas and/or recommended replacement. • Install new metal flashing. • Install new metal around scuppers. • Include roof boots, termination bars, etc. |
