Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to start prior to August 2024. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: A feasibility study of the Stadium Freeway corridor is needed to develop a context sensitive design with a focus on community connectivity solutions to reconnect communities by removing, retrofitting, and/or mitigating highways and other transportation facilities that create barriers to community connectivity. The study will begin conversations between stakeholders including City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, WisDOT about potential future improvements. Community engagement is an integral component of this study.
