Repair and Resurfacing of Various City Streets

This project consists of APPROXIMATELY 2.3 miles of resurfacing, patching, crack fill, striping and milling of various city streets. This Project includes repair, resurfacing and associated work to be performed on various streets in the City of Lilburn. All questions must be in writing, and submitted no later than Tuesday, May 31, 2022 The written bid documents supersede any verbal or written prior communications between the parties. Award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder per the base bid amount and any alternatives selected by the City of Lilburn. City of Lilburn reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities, and to make an award as deemed in its best interest. Where City of Lilburn provides forms for bid schedule and bond submissions, these forms must be used without exception. The City of Lilburn in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and 78 Stat. 252, 42 USC 2000d-42 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, Subtitle A, Office of the Secretary, part 21, Nondiscrimination in federally assisted programs of the Department of Transportation issued pursuant to such Act, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, sex, or national origin in consideration for an award. Award notification will be posted after award on the City website, www.cityoflilburn.com and companies submitting a bid will be notified via email.
