| Description | General work will consist of incidental work associated with the replacement of the two steam boilers located in the school’s mechanical room. Work includes housekeeping pads, roof and chimney patching and various other minor general construction items. Mechanical work will consist of removal and installation of 2 steam boilers, boiler feed water system and condensate tank/pump system and the installation a combustion air unit. Project will include modifications to the natural gas piping, boiler venting, boiler steam and condensate piping and boiler controls as necessary for the replacement. Electrical work will consist incidental work associated with the disconnect and reconnect of the equipment being replaced and electrical work associated with the new combustion air unit. |
