Description

The complete and other related work for ASBESTOS ABATEMENT AND DEMOLITION PROJECT, PROJECT CC23-045; the work shall include labor, tools, finishing, clean up, and incidentals required for the proper completion of the work. Bids must be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond in the form of a certified or cashiers check or Corporate Surety Bond in amounts not less than ten percent (10%) of the particular bid amount. This is funded by Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). The higher of either State Prevailing Hourly Wages or Federal Davis-Bacon Prevailing Hourly Wages shall apply to and be paid by all contractors and subcontractors performing work on this Project. A bid received from a Contractor who is not represented by a duly authorized agent at the mandatory pre-bid meeting and jobwalk shall be considered non-responsive and rejected from further contract award consideration.
