| Description | Replace eighty (80) fan coil units along with valves and sensors. 2) Provide new unit controllers to eighty (80) fan coil units and two (2) existing Aaon units. 3) Upgrade the existing control system to Niagara/Tridium system. a) Provide two (2) N4 Jaces/Controllers. i. One Jace/Controller will replace the existing central plant controller and integrate all central plant components. ii. Second Jace will integrate HVAC units, including eighty (80) fan coil units, two (2) roof-top Aaon units. b) Provide new N4 web server software to integrate two (2) Jaces/Controllers. The District will provide the server. The software shall be licensed to integrate the Jaces/Controllers at Griffith Elementary, and shall be expandable to integrate future Jaces/Controllers | ||
