Plans call for classroom space, office, gymnasium, cafeteria and ancillary uses, as well as a student housing development featuring 48 units with 192 beds. Building A: The two-story office/classroom building went from 10,442 square feet to 10,554. Building B: The three-story office/classroom building went from 22,952 square feet to 23,313. Building C: Identical to building B, the classroom/office went from 22,952 square feet to 23,313. Building D: The two-story office/classroom building went from 12,433 square feet to 12,606. Building E: Identical to building D, the office/classroom went from 12,433 square feet to 12,606. Building F: The two-story building, which includes a gymnasium, went from 9,739 square feet to 11,036. Building H: The three-story office/classroom building went from 18,650 square feet to 26,400. Plans remain the same for the dorm buildings, which would consist of four three-story buildings, each with 20,481 square feet and 48 beds. A 2,600-square-foot maintenance building also would remain the same from prior plans. As of February 10, 2023, this project received its approvals, but has recently submitted updated plans with slight scope increases. Those are under review. An architect has been selected. Design is underway. The owner has recently bought land for this development. Information whether a general contractor has been awarded has not been made clear. The project is in the process of getting permits, with construction to follow.*
