Public Dune Walkovers North 21st and 22nd Street

1. Complete reconstruction of beach walkover/access with benches/seating located opposite of north 22nd street. Located on the East side of SR A1A, walkover/access shall be constructed to preserve recent beach nourishment/recovery efforts to mitigate significant erosion impacts of Hurricane Matthew. The walkover/access bid should be designed very similar to the original walkover but taking into account the profile changes resulting from the recent dune nourishment project. The existing walkover footprints (pilings) are required to be maintained in the same location as previous walkover. The walkover must meet current Florida and Flagler Beach building codes and design standards. Project location: East of A1A, Opposite North 22nd Street Flagler Beach, Florida 32136. Legal description: Sunrise Beach Subdivision, East of A1A, Opposite 22nd Street North, Block 2, West of the Mean High Water Line of the Atlantic Ocean. 2. Complete Reconstruction of a Beach Walkover/Access With Benches/Seating Located Opposite of The North 2, St Street Walkover. Located on the East side of SR A1A, walkover/access shall be constructed to ensure future beach nourishment/recovery under structure per impacts of Hurricane Matthew. The walkover/access bid should be designed as the original walkover. The existing walkover footprints (pilings) are required to be maintained in the same location as previous walkover. Project location: Opposite North Florida 32136. Legal description: Sunrise Beach Subdivision East of A1A opposite North 21sr Street Block 3, West of the Mean High Water Line.
