| Description | Notice is hereby given that the City of Natchez, MS is requesting responses from qualified Energy Service Providers (ESPs) to provide a comprehensive city-wide energy management program for all streetlight facilities under an Energy Services Contract. ESP qualifications will be submitted in accordance with Section 31-7-14 of the Mississippi Code, Mississippi Development Authority/Energy Division's Policy and Procedures for Energy Service Providers and Request for Qualifications. Responses may be withheld by the Owner for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of the response's proposal for the purpose of response review and investigation of the responders' qualifications, prior to award of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to waive any irregularities at discretion of the Natchez Mayor and Board of Alderman. |
