Newton Housing Authority is seeking Sealed bids from Painting Contractors to furnish all labor and materials for PAINTING at Jackson Gardens Development, Newton, MA.The Contract for Painting at Jackson Gardens is estimated to cost $60,000. Deadline for Questions: Monday, June 23, 2023 12:00 p.m. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, issued by a responsible bank or trust company. Or a bid bond duly executed by the bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company approved by Newton Housing Authority, all in the amount of 5% of the bid payable to the "Newton Housing Authority." The Newton Housing Authority reserves the right to accept any bid, to reject and/or all bids and to waive minor irregularities and/or formalities as it deems to be in the best interest of the Authority.
