| Description | Scope of work for this project consists of the construction of a park and a parking lot on the vacant village owned land on Mil Street and Municipal Plaza. The parking lot will be constructed of full depth bituminous pavement and accommodate 30 vehicles. The park amenities will include a kiosk, pavilion, benches. Lighting, walkways, fencing and drainage and landscaping improvements. Included in the scope of work is all associated site work including but not limited to clearing, excavation, disposal rough grading, fine grading, necessary for a complete in place project |
