Description

The intent of this notice is to identify potential offerors who can provide all management, personnel, vehicles, tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to repair/modernize MXG Bldg. 1791 located on Joint Base Andrews. Tasks include demolishing the interior of B1791 including wall and ceiling finishes, demolishing the existing paint booth located on the west end, provide new HVAC system, provide upgrade to the existing electrical system including new LED lighting, provide new HC mens/women’s latrines, conference room and offices, provide repairs to existing standing seam roof and provide structural support for new paint booth on the east end of the building.
