| Description | The Housing Authority of Ashland is accepting bids for lawn mowing and weed control for a period of three(3) years, 2023-2025. All bidders must have liability insurance of a minimum of $1,000,000 in effect for the entirety of the contract period. The bidder that is awarded the contract will be required to pick up trash at both locations before cutting, and trim all sidewalks, blow grass off sidewalks and prevent grass clippings from entering outside HVAC units when cutting and protect all HVAC equipment from damage. Bidders will also be required to have enough capacity to complete the mowing in one day. All payments will be made monthly for service.
