East Central Streets Mill & Overlay - 337 - City of Wahpeton

Perform various pavement maintenance and restoration practices to approximately 3.25 miles of street surfaces in area bounded by 4th St N., 1st St N., 4th Ave N., and 2nd St N. Work to include total reconstruction, mill patch & overlay, mudjacking, curb and gutter replacement, and sealcoating. To include sidewalk construction to fill in gaps in the network. Assessment District 12-01-04 established for funding the project (District Part 2). The following streets would be removed from the project boundaries. 1st St. N. from Dakota Ave. to 7th Ave. N., 2nd St. N. from 6th Ave. to 8th Ave. N. These two streets are being reconstructed as part of the Eastside Sanitary Sewer Phase A & B Project. 8th Ave. N. will be removed as this will be reconstructed as part of CIP Proj. No. 137 8th Ave. N. Reconstruction Project. Project to be coordinated with CIP Proj. No. 247 2nd Street North Mill & Overlay. This project is in included in the City of Wahpeton FY 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of November 4, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
