Description | The Well No. 7 Pole Barn project includes furnishing and installing a 35' x 40' Pole Barn with a 10'x 40' annex. This includes the necessary foundations, two (2) 18' wide overhead doors, electrical improvements, lightning protection, proposed lights, receptables, perimeter fence improvements, surface restoration and all ancillary work. The Contract will allow 180 calendar days for completion of the work from the notice to proceed. Any questions shall be submitted in writing in accordance with the Contract Documents. There will not be a question and answer portion to the site visit. If bidders hand deliver the bid submission, they are to follow the instructions posted on the door of the MCMUA Office Building located at: 214A Center Grove Rd. Randolph, NJ 07869 during current business hours of 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.. Bid proposals must be accompanied by a bid security, by way of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, but not in excess of twenty thousand ($20,000) dollars, made payable to the Morris County Municipal Utilities Authority ("MCMUA") Bidder must comply with the requirements of NJSA 10:5-31 et seq., and NJAC 17:27. Other requirements as well as those described above are fully detailed in the bid document. Prospective Bidders are cautioned not to rely solely on this Notice to Bidders in preparing their Bids, but to read the Bid Documents in their entirety and comply with all bidding requirements set forth therein. The MCMUA reserves the right, in accordance with applicable law, to reject any and all proposals that substantially or materially deviate from the specifications and other required bid documents, and further reserves the right to waive immaterial irregularities and informalities in the proposals in accordance with applicable law. This bid has been advertised in accordance with the "Fair and Open" laws and nothing further shall be required under N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4. |
