Description

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment to complete the structural rehabilitation of Fire Stations 4 & 10, as indicated on the contract documents. This project generally consists of the following work components: A. Filing of all permits required for the work; B. Installation, maintenance and removal of scaffolding, pedestrian protection structures and worker safety measures; C. Installation, maintenance and removal of temporary shoring and other structural supports; D. Professional Engineering Services to support the work of the Contractor; E. Repair existing structural elements at Fire Stations 4 & 10 as indicated on the plans; F. Install HVAC improvements at Fire Station 4 as indicated on the plans; G. Miscellaneous additional work as may be required.
