| Description | Scope of Work: Seal each seam of original flooring with butyl rubber. Install new diamond plate flooring on top of original flooring. Ensure metal edges are cut to ensure minimum gaps between the metal. Secure flooring with beveled stainless steel screws. Top of screws must be level with flooring. Seal all wall and ceiling seams with butyl rubber. Seal all corner seams top and bottom with butyl rubber. Seal all upper and lower outer seams with 2x2 insulation board covered with embossed metal to fit the 2x2 insulation board and 1” lip to secure with screws. Cover all wall seams with cork insulation. Cover all wall seams with embossed metal, bent to fit, and with a 1” lip to fasten to wall with screws. Silicone and seal all new installed metal. Install and seal a new 12 gauge threshold for each cooler and freezer door. Screws must be flush with top of metal. Please not to damage any heater installed around door. |
