| Description | Replace one chiller and two air-cooled condenser units. Replace five rooftop units and all associated controls. Existing roof curbs and openings shall be reused if at all possible. Replace all of the 4-pipe fan coil units and associated controls. All new equipment (Chiller, Air-Cooled Condensers, RTU’s & Fan Coil Units) will be controlled by the existing building automation system. Replace existing electrical components associated with mechanical units to be replaced. Remove and replace suspended acoustical tile ceiling in classrooms and other occupied areas as required for new mechanical and electrical work. Touch up painting of damaged areas as a result of new mechanical and electrical work. |
