The parking lot is approximately 3550 sq yards or 32,000sq ft. Measurements are estimates only, Bidders are responsible for exact measurements. Post 19 - Swainsboro is located at 994 Hwy 1 Swainsboro, GA, 30401. The work includes mill out, remove, and dispose of current asphalt surface, Grade any areas disturbed by milling process, install new asphalt surface including 1 1/2 -2 inches of new asphalt, striping needs to be included in scope of work (standard size parking space).
