| Description | For the razing of a commercial building located at 115 W. Ormsby St.: Bid must provide a maximum price for all charges included for work necessary to complete the raze, including the tear down of the structure, removal of the foundation and footings, hauling away of all debris and brush, disconnection of utilities, and capping of sewer. Add line item for possible well abandonment. The structure to be razed is connected to the adjacent structure at 111 W. Ormsby St., which is not included in the raze order. The Village reserves the right to refuse any and all bids and/or reject the low bid for cause. If a bid is accepted, it is anticipated to accept the bid at the same October 5, 2022 board meeting. |
