Description

Examine roof and verify existing conditions. Remove upper, TPO roof membrane and associated insulation. Remove original bituminous (Tar and Gravel Roof system) and associated insulation. Remove and replace skylights. Remove associated copings, gutters, scuppers, downspouts, trims, and terminations. Provide new insulation and new TPO membrane, including all fasteners, terminations, copings, gutters, scuppers, downspouts, and miscellaneous metals. Adjust heights of roof top equipment and terminations as necessary.
