| Description | Central Puget Sound Regional Transit Authority (Sound Transit) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide consultant services for technical environmental assistance on an as needed basis. Work may include: environmental review and document preparation to meet the requirements of NEPA, SEPA, and other associated regulations; preparing needs assessment and application of environmental permits and approvals; implementing mitigation requirements; and assisting with environmental compliance oversight of Sound Transit facilities that are in construction or operation. Services will be authorized by issuance of individual task orders that will define in detail the scope and schedule of the work to be performed.
