Carver Parking Lot

There is a need for overlaying an existing parking lot and extending the parking area for the Carver Center. This need has arisen due to the deterioration of the current parking lot and an additional need of parking spaces. Obtain all needed permits 1. All work must meet or exceed the local and state building codes. 2. Remove topsoil for the parking lot extension 3. Grade, place, and compact 6” of stone 4. Pave new extension with 2” of S9.5C asphalt approximately 88’ by 60’ 5. Stripe the new parking lot extension. 6. Clean, tack, and overlay the existing parking lot with a compacted 1.5” of S9.5C surface asphalt approximately 100’ by 100’. 7. Restripe the existing parking lot.
