The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters. Provide questions by February 20, 2023 PERIOD OF CONTRACT: One (1) year from date of award with option to renew for four (4) successive one (1) year periods. The Commonwealth also reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to waive informalities and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever it is deemed in the sole opinion of the procuring public body to be in its best interest. |
