RFQ Construction Manager - Appling County Middle School Athletic Complex

The APPLING COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION is requesting submittals from qualified Construction Management firms for the APPLING COUNTY MIDDLE SCHOOL ATHLETIC COMPLEX. The APPLING COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION has contracted with SP Design Group Architects and Engineers, Inc. for architectural services. The APPLING COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION intends to enter into a contract with the successful Construction Management firm for the Pre-Construction and Construction Phase Services associated with the project in order to meet an aggressive construction schedule and to construct the project within a fixed budget. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and to waive technicalities and informalities. The project consists of constructing an athletic complex at the Appling County Middle School located at 2997 Blackshear HWY. Complex to include a baseball field, softball field with dugouts, practice field, and a muti-use building that includes public restrooms, concessions, dressing areas, a multipurpose space, equipment storage, laundry, and batting cages. The plaza between the softball field and baseball field will be elevated 36" above the level of the playing fields. Project will also include parking and approach drive. The preliminary construction budget of the project is $4,000,000.`
