2022 Surface Treatment Project

Project Category Code: Seal Coating, Pavement Resurface and Rehabilitation, Pavement Preservation, Crack Sealing Repair and/or Maintenance, Traffic Control Devices (Signals, Signing, etc.) Description: Project involves 14,000 S.Y. of roads to be spot seal patched, crack filled, and slurry sealed. Additonal Description: All Work is included in a single prime contract. Bidding Documents, including Drawings and Specifications, may be examined at the offices of the Village of Merton, and the Consulting Engineer during regular business hours. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. The Village of Merton reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids. Award of Work described herein is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes. Pre-Bid Meeting Info: No Pre-bid meeting.
