Description

The project is for the rerouting of the Morrow Follet County Drain around the Duke Energy 69 Substation on the northwest corner of Rangeline Rd and Smokey Row Rd in Carmel, IN. The project involves installing ±350 LFT of 48” RCP connecting to the existing county drain, flow-filling of abandoned pipe, swale grading, and restoration.
