Description

The City of Pearland (City) seeks competitive bids for generator repairs at various city locations on an as needed basis, in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions contained in this bid. The successful bidder(s), know hereafter as Contractor/Vendor The term of this one time Purchase Agreement shall begin on the date stated in Purchase Order (Effective Date) and shall expire one year from the effective date, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement
