Description

Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) Installation and Repair Services Provide all labor, equipment, materials, services and incidentals for Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) equipment and systems installation, replacement, and repair services for various County agencies on an open-end contract basis. All indicated quantities are estimates only. This solicitation includes participation goals for Broward County certified County Business Enterprises. Refer to Special Instructions and the Office of Economic and Small Business Development Requirements section for additional information. Each submittal shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid amount (refer to Bid Guaranty, Performance and Payment Guaranties, and Qualifications of Surety Requirements). In order to be considered a responsive and responsible Vendor for the scope of work set forth in this solicitation, the Vendor must possess a specified license at the time of submittal (refer to Special Instructions for requirements). Line items include an offer field for "Percentage of Price Attributed to Labor Portion of Service". Vendor is instructed to provide the percentage of the price that is attributed to the labor portion of this service line. Vendors may submit for Broward County's consideration, a request to approve an equal product for a product/specification of this solicitation for Group 2, Items 1- 5. It is not necessary to add the allowance amount into your bid prices. The County provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation.
