| Description | Generally, provide labor, material, equipment and complete the following: Construct a sewer main in Lot 3 of Tract 8058 with manholes and lateral stubs; clean, video inspect, test and repair the new and existing sewer main as needed; install drainpipes, drain inlets and manholes; install conduits for gas, electrical and telecommunication utilities in utility trenches; provide and install an electrical transformer; prepare and compact sub-grade and aggregate base; construct concrete curb, gutter, driveway apron and driveway with colored concrete pavement with decorative scoring pattern fronting lots 3, 4 and 5; stormwater pollution prevention swales and appurtenant other improvements; all as per the Contract Plans, Specifications, Standard Details and Special Provisions described herein. |
