| Description | Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the Information for Bidders, including a New Mexico Resident Business Certificate (if applicable), the mandatory AMAFCA Campaign Contribution Disclosure Form and shall be accompanied by an acceptable form of Proposal Guaranty in the form of a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount bid, made payable to the Albuquerque Metropolitan Arroyo Flood Control Authority Bid Items of work include approximately 2,000 crew hours for a three-person crew with vehicle and equipment. The debris and trash removal and other miscellaneous activities will be completed throughout the year as AMAFCA's needs arise and work is funded and approved |
