Description

The project involves the installation of various streetscape items, including but not limited to, site clearing; removal and off-site disposal of existing concrete sidewalk, concrete curbs and bituminous roadway; unclassified excavation with associated storm sewer installation; installation of exposed aggregate sidewalk; installation of concrete straight curb; installation of trench drains and tree grates; installation of ADA ramps; placement of erosion and sedimentation control measures; removal and replacement of metal basement access doors; removal, relocation and replacement of street signs and lights; installation of new parking meters; pavement markings; connection of existing downspouts; associated site restorations including street trees; bituminous paving; removal, relocation and replacement of various overhead and underground utilities; traffic control; utility coordination and resident and business notifications and protections, complete in place.
