Whitesburg Middle School Athletics Renovation

The Whitesburg Middle School Athletics Renovation project will be for the demo and re-building of a new middle school athletic complex, demo of the old concession stands, and earthwork to be ready for the new building of concession stands and locker rooms. No Pre-Bid meeting will be held. Trace Creek Construction, Inc. will be providing a 100% performance and payment bond for the project. No bid bonds or performance bonds will be required of the individual bid package contractors. The Letcher County Public Schools reserves the right to accept and/or reject any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Letcher County Public Schools in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the Kentucky Department of Education.

Division 07 -	Thermal and Moisture Protection, Dampproofing and Waterproofing, Thermal Protection.

Division 09 -	Finishes, Painting.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing, Plumbing Piping, Plumbing Equipment, Plumbing Fixtures, Drinking Fountains and Water Coolers.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Site Clearing, Earth Moving.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Water Utilities.
